factory (Former Employee) says"This would good place to work if they knew how to treat their emplyoees and have better attitudes.I feel like people should be able to go to work and not be provoked or be crused at by Supervisors or Office staff at this place. If these things be corrected overall it could be a nice place to work. They allow certain employees to be be disrespectful to others, when you try to complain they basically say"suck it up we don't want to hear it".There is only so much a person can take within any Company before it's time to move on."
Maintenance Technician (Current Employee) says"This company is a scar on the face of the earth. Its a food production company that routinely ignores mold in its production line, inferior product, and gross GMP violations. When its employees bring such issues to it's attention, those issues are ignored. Their production employees break machines on purpose just to get to call the maintainance people and go on break. There is no accountability anywhere. Drugs have been discovered in this facility, and the managament coverd it up just so they didnt have to drug test their employees. This may sound like a disgruntled ex employee, but that is not the case. These are simply facts.NoneTerrible work enviroment, hostile employees, bad management. No tuition reimbursement or training."

There were a couple friendly employees but the straight up rude ones just killed the work environment."

Then at 7am I start my job packing product for a lot of different places. I have learned over the years being there that there is no chance of moving forward in the company and no real encouragement to come to work everyday. I have also learned that with this company you need to be a member of there family to get anywhere. I love my job and like most of the people I work with but I know I will never be able to get a head working here.Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, and paid vacationno advancement"
